PAPER is a tool to keep track of what you read using Jupyter notebooks.
It answers the needs of scientists as we experience an explosion in research communications.
At its core, it helps to keep track of what has been read, by allowing laborious keying of metadata.
It includes three components, which can be used independently:
- A bibliography tracking system (compatible with BibTeX) plus mindmap
- An in-disk PDF repository
- A full text search engine that supports regular keyword and similarity search
